The idea behind keto meal plan is that you eat plenty of fats, which should lead you not eat as much once you adapt. With keto you eat a greater percentage of fat roughly 70 %, 25 % protein and 5% carbs. The keto adaptation could take from 2 to 14 days, said period could bring bouts of feeling faint and lethargic. You won't need to exercise rigorously but you will need to walk at least 1 hour four times a week - at brisk pace but not out of breath. You could reach the stage to ketosis by exercising vigorously at the beginning then minimize the strenuous exercise to 15 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of walking.
